On the second Sunday of May from every year, the Mother’s day is celebrated all over the world. It is an American holiday which established in 1910. All great men and women
will be praising their mothers and honor them with presents.
To remind us all about the importance of this great day, to build and develop the students personality towards their mother, but more importantly to realize that all the women out there starting from their sisters, cousins, friends and future wives are going to be someone’s Mother so they should treat them with great respect. Last but not least, as always one of the main targets is to improve our students’ English skills.
Mr. Ahmed had taken the students through the historical facts and other crucial standpoints of which led to launching this loving day by a presentation he had prepaid prior to this even, it included some advises and general tips of what they should do for their mothers as a reward for what their mothers have done for them.
Their success in their life is a reward for mothers, After his presentation to the students, he gave them some time to say make a card expressing their feelings towards their mothers.
They were very excited and everyone had written adorable quotes to their mothers, someone said: my mother is my life, and then they hanged the papers on the wall. Once the lecture was coming to an end, Mr. Khalid participated and talked about his mother (who unfortunately passed away few years ago), stating that she was always helping and supporting him to be successful, he advised them to be kind and helpful to their mothers whilst they still can.
