On Dec 9-2010 the first meeting was held in For You Institute’s Building to discuss the legal affairs and best techniques for implementing Access program as Mrs. Sahira Ismael Mohammad assigned as a legal consultant attorney for Access program. Mr. Aram Hameed Qadir assigned as administration and accountant issues officer. In addition many techniques was discussed and a special application form was prepared as well as a written commitment endorsed by notary public is required for each applicant to ensure constant participation in the program .The meeting was held for three hours. Later another meeting will be held to discuss about selecting teaching staff .The legal consultant will be in charge of preparing staff and participants’ contracts and facilitates for them .
On Dec 14-2010 another meeting was held with the teaching staff to discuss the main responsibilities and they must make a commitment to the program. Lesson planning and curriculum teaching method as well .Four lecturers was assigned for teaching during the program. Many quires aroused by the lectures about the curriculum and sessions during the school examination period. Mr.Khalid Obeid explained these points to them according to the program proposal.
On Dec 22-2010 all the text books ,dictionaries ,stationeries , bags and flash cards was purchased .We advertise for Access Program in many local TV channels such as Kirkuk TV, Al-noor TV and Islamic Union TV .for a month from the enrollment date .The legal consultant will work with the students parents’ to facilitate for the interested students in the program .As the students will be asked to complete an application form –complete with parent’s signature stating his /her commitment to their child’s participation in the 2 year program .
